BSCP504, Section 3. 2. 3 , step 3. 2. 3. 11 includes a requirement for the MOA to send the New NHHDC Meter Technical Details (MTD) within 1WD of a request for the MTD from the Old NHHDC via the D0170. This requirement is not mirrored in BSCP514 even though it is an obligation on the Meter Operator Agent (MOA).
