Summary
There is an error in the NHH aggregation rules specified in the NHHDA Logical Design (function reference N0008). Both Annex S-2 4. 4. 3 and the NHHDA URS are clear that consumption data should not enter settlement if it was provided by Non Half Hourly Data Collector whose appointment (as recorded on SMRS) has not started at the time the run takes place.
