Summary
One of the current weaknesses of the Non Half Hourly Change of Supplier (CoS) process is that the new Non Half Hourly Data Collector (NHHDC) is dependent upon the old NHHDC for meter reading history (i. e. the last valid set of register readings and associated EAC values). This CP proposes that the new NHHDC should be able to request the meter reading history from the new Supplier in those cases where the old NHHDC has failed to provide it.
