Summary
On Change of Supplier (CoS), the old Supplier’s NHHDC is obliged to send meter reading history to the new NHHDC in accordance with step 3. 2. 6. 4 of BSCP504. Discussions with NHHDCs suggest that different agents have different interpretations of this requirement. This CP proposes to amend the interface definition of BSCP504 to clarify that the NHHDC should always send the latest valid set of meter readings and the calculated EAC value(s).
