Summary
At present a MOA wishing to carry out work on a CVA metering system must inform the CDCA 15 working days in advance using form BSCP06/4. 1. Should P190 be approved BSCP06 will need substantially modifying and it will no longer be necessary for the CDCA to give approval for work to be carried out as they will not be required to send an agent to site.
