Summary
The BSC Panel has the ability to dis-apply Energy Contract Volume Notifications (ECVNs) in relation to Parties which are in Default. Currently ECVNs can only be removed from Settlement Period One. . CP1169 proposes the introduction of a defined process to dis-apply ECVNs from any Settlement Period.
