Summary

BSCP504 3. 4. 1. 8 states that each month when 100kW demand is identified by a Non Half Hourly Data Collector (NHHDC) they must produce and send to the Panel and Supplier a report detailing the occurrence. They do this by sending a P0028 ‘100kW Demand Report’ flow. Currently a number of Suppliers assume that if they do not receive a 100kW demand report, the NHHDCs have not identified any items for the Suppliers to follow up. This could potentially lead to the situation where a report has gone missing in transit and the Supplier assumed that no report has been sent. Hence, 100kW demand may not be identified by the Supplier. In response the CP seeks to place a requirement on NHHDCs to send a 100kW Demand Report to Suppliers every month, and where no instances of a 100kW or greater demand occur a ‘nil’ report will be sent. This will prevent the loss of P0028 Demand Reports as the Supplier will expect a report every month, and will be able to contact the NHHDC if a report is not received.
