Summary
CP1182 proposes the creation of a generic PSL that will contain participant’s non-functional requirements, which are currently set out in the current PSLs. This will result in Parties and Party Agents only needing to look at one document to find the requirements for a particular aspect of their role.
Progression
CP1182 v1. 0 was raised on 8 December 2006. It was issued for Industry Impact Assessment on 8 December 2006 as part of CPC00594. CP1182 v2. 0 was raised to include minor amendments which were suggested by respondents to the Industry Impact Assessment. CP1182 v3. 0 was raised following decisions by the SVG and ISG regarding the scope of CP1182. CP1182 v3. 0 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00604 on 4 May 2007. CP1182 v3. 0 was presented to the ISG for decision on progression on 26 June 2007. The ISG approved CP1182 v3. 0 for inclusion in the November 2007 Release. CP1182 v3. 0 was presented to the SVG for decision on progression on 3 July 2007. The SVG approved CP1182 v3. 0 for inclusion in the November 2007 Release. CP1182 v3. 0 was presented to the BSC Panel on 12 July 2007 to seek approval for the creation of the Generic PSL. The BSC Panel approved the creation of the Generic PSL and approved CP1182 v3. 0 for inclusion in the November 2007 Release.
