Summary

CP1199 seeks to make changes to BSCP515 ‘Licensed Distribution’ to remove non functional information and add clarity to make it easier for Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) to understand their obligations. CP1199 proposes that BSCP515 is updated to remove unnecessary sections which simply reference processes set out in other BSCPs and that the remaining sections are clarified where necessary.

CP1199 was raised from DCP0006 ‘Changes to BSCP515 ‘Licensed Distribution’ to remove non functional information and add clarity’. CP1199 was raised on 4 May 2007. CP1199 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00609 on 6 July 2007. CP1199 was presented to the SVG on 4 September 2007 for a decision on Progression. The SVG approved CP1199 for inclusion in the February 2008 Release. CP1199 was implemented on 28 February 2008 as part of the February 2008 Release.
