Summary

The Proving Test process is currently susceptible to failure/non-completion due to various generic Supplier Agent non-compliances and the current procedures used to administer and support the trading arrangement requirements. CP1213 proposes the amendment of BSCP502 ‘Half Hourly Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’ to put a requirement on the Half Hourly Meter Operator Agents (HHMOAs) and Half Hourly Data Collectors (HHDCs) to maintain an audit trail to explain a delay to the completion of a Proving Test.

Progression

CP1213 was raised from DCP0009 ‘Improvement to Proving Test process: Audit trail’. CP1213 was raised on 7 September 2007. CP1213 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00615. CP1213 was presented to the SVG on 30 October 2007 (SVG81/01) for a decision on progression. The SVG approved CP1213 for inclusion in the February 2008 Release. CP1213 was implemented on 28 February 2008 as part of the February 2008 Release.
