Summary

As part of the Business Process Operator (BPO) contract negotiations, Logica identified a number of potential system enhancements to the SVA Applications. These will support operational processes and improve the security and efficiency of these Applications. These enhancements will automate some of the more manual processes within the BSC Systems, and are an example of some of the service improvements which Project Isis is delivering. We believe that there are no impacts on Configurable Items documentation, or on BSC Party or Party Agent systems and processes. In addition these changes would be implemented at zero cost during the Project Isis Implementation phase.
