Summary

In December 2010, the Authority directed changes to the Standard Licence Conditions (SLC) definitions of the Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM) and Extra High Voltage Distribution Charging Methodology (EDCM).
These changes had no intentional consequential impact on how High Voltage Line Loss Factors are assigned under the BSC.
CP1343 proposes to ensure the treatment of losses for High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV) sites remain the same irrespective of changes, in the DCUSA.

Progression

CP1343 was raised on 28 January 2011. CP1343 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00692. It was approved by the ISG and SVG for inclusion in the June 2011 Release.
CP1343 was implemented on 30 June 2011, as part of the June 2011 Release.
