Summary
CP1386 seeks to formalise a workaround where UMSOs send NHHDCs Estimated Annual Consumption data when a NHH UMS site has a Change of Supplier or Change of Agent.
Progression
CP1386 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00721 on 30 November 2012, with responses returned on 20 December 2012.
As a result of industry Impact Assessment comments to CP1386v1.0, CP1386 v2.0 has been raised. CP1386v2.0 includes revised redlined changes to BSCP501 and BSCP520. In addition changes to BSCP504 have been added to reflect the revisions proposed to BSCP520. CP1386 v2.0 was issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00723 on 25 January 2013, with response returned on 21 February 2013.
The SVG rejected CP1386 v2.0 at its meeting on 2 April 2013.
