Summary
CP1400 proposes that BSCP18 (and the associated Settlement systems) are amended to allow National Grid to submit an amended BOALF file in which the System Operator-Flagged field has been corrected from True to False (and vice versa) and that these updated files are fed through to cashout calculations.
Progression
Elexon raised CP1400 on 6 September 2013. CP1400 was issued for CP Impact Assessment on 27 September 2013, with responses due back on 24 October 2013.
CP1400 was approved by the ISG at its meeting on 26 November 2013.
