Summary
Changes are required to BSCP15 and BSCP25 for the Registrant and the System Operator to provide more information to the Central Registration Agent (CRA) / BSCCo for new connections to avoid a repeat of an issue that required two Trading Disputes (TDC172/DA505 and TDC179/DA532) to be raised with a combined Settlement Error of approximately £30million.

CP1403 was raised by Elexon on 26 November 2013. CP1403 was issued for CP Impact Assessment on 6 January 2014, with responses due back on 31 January 2014. CP1403 was approved by the ISG at its meeting on 25 February 2014 and SVG at its meeting on 4 March 2014.
