Current Status

CPC Consultation
Committee Decision

CP1420 proposes to change the wording in BSCP128 around material change to allow mid-year resubmissions for LLFs due to material change in consumption or generation for Site Specific sites. This would allow more reflective losses to be allocated and increase accuracy for Settlement.

CP1420 was raised by Elexon on 12 September 2014. CP1420 was presented as part of the New CP Assessment to the ISG and SVG at their meetings on 23 September 2014 and 30 September 2014 respectively. CP1420 was issued for CP Consultation on 6 October 2014, with responses received by 31 October 2014.

CP1420 Assessment Report was presented to both the ISG its meeting on 24 February 2015 and the Supplier Volume Allocation Group (SVG) at its meeting on 3 March 2015. Both the ISG and the SVG rejected CP1420.
