Summary

A new Defined Metering Point (DMP) is required in Appendix A of each Half Hourly Code of Practice (CoP) to cover Offshore Transmission Connection Point (OTCP). It would clarify where the DMP is for such connections so that a Metering Dispensation from this CoP requirement could be sought where the Actual Metering Point (AMP) is not at the DMP.
