Summary
CP1429 proposes to add Proving Test timescales for CoP10 Metering Systems to section 8.3.5 of BSCP514, to ensure that proving tests are carried out in a timely manner for CoP10 Metering Systems once the exemption is removed following the approval of CP1411 for implementation in the June 2015 Release. The CP also proposes to amend BSCP514 section 8.3.5 footnote 79 to include the commissioning date in the list of trigger events.
Progression
CP1429 was raised by Elexon on 16 January 2015. CP1429 was presented to the SVG as part of the New CP Assessment paper at its meeting on 3 February 2015 and was issued for CP Consultation on 9 February 2015, with responses due by 6 March 2015. CP1429 was approved by the SVG on 31 March 2015 and implemented on 25 June 2015 as part of the June 2015 Release.
