Summary
CP1432 proposes to allow for HH Default EAC by Measurement Class. As with the migration of PC5-8 Metering Systems under P272, the number of non-100kW Metering Systems will result in the current HH Deafult EAC being too low for 100kW sites and too high for the non-100kW sites.
Progression
CP1432 was raised by Elexon on 17 February 2015. CP1432 was presented to the SVG as part of the New CP Assessment paper at its meeting on 3 March 2015 and issued for CP Consultation on 9 March 2015 with responses due by 2 April 2015.
At its meeting on 28 April 2015, the SVG approved CP1432 for implementation on 5 November 2015 as part of the November 2015 BSC Systems Release.
