Summary
Following the rejection of CP1423, it was recommended by the Imbalance Settlement Group (ISG) and the Supplier Volume Allocation Group (SVG), that the contents be separated into two changes and progressed separately. CP1437 seeks to address the more straight forwards elements, which were not contested under the CP1423 consultation, and were agreed by both Committees.
Progression
CP1437 was raised by Elexon on 16 March 2015. This was progressed as a Housekeeping CP and therefore was not issued for CP Consultation. All changes were consulted on as part of CP1423.
CP1437 was approved by the ISG on 24 March 2015 and the SVG on 31 March 2015 for implementation on 5 November 2015, as part of the November 2015 Release
