Summary
CP1438 seeks to align Sections 1.4 and 5.1.1 in BSCP11 to remove ambiguity and clarify that in order for a BSCP11/01 form to be accepted by Elexon it must:
- identify a breach of the BSC or Code Subsidiary Document; and
- indicate the relevant Settlement Error.

CP1438 was raised by Elexon on 30 March 2015.
The TDC approved CP1438 at its meeting on 2 July 2015, for implementation on 5 November 2015 as part of the November 2015 BSC Systems Release.
