Summary

CP1449 proposes to remove some Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) data flows relating to Unmetered Supplies (UMS) for which the information is, in practice, being sent by email without adhering to the flow structure. In many cases this is because the relevant information or the frequency of it being sent is considered by participants to be inappropriate for a flow, and that it is more pragmatic to issue the information via a standard email exchange. These have been identified following discussions with Unmetered Supply Operators (UMSOs) and the Unmetered Supply Users Group (UMSUG). We have also taken this opportunity to include some housekeeping and clarification changes.

Progression

CP1449 was raised by Elexon on 18 September 2015 and has been issued for CP Consultation. The SVG approved CP1449 on 1 December 2015 and it was implemented on 25 February 2016 as part of the February 2016 Release.
