CP1465 proposes to add a new footnote only to those sections of BSCP514 that specifically relate to a change of Non Half Hourly Meter Operator Agent (NHHMOA), these being sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.4. The new footnote will be additional to footnote 30 (which will remain unchanged) and will ensure that the enhanced requirement for sending MTD applies only to the scenarios identified by the Electricity Data Quality Working Group (DQWG).

CP1465 was raised on 13 June 2016. It was presented to the SVG at its meeting on 5 July  2016 and issued out for Consultation in the July CPC (CPC00768) batch. The SVG approved CP1465 at its meeting on 6 September 2016.

CP1465 was implemented on 23 February 2017.
