Summary

CP1465 proposes to add a new footnote only to those sections of BSCP514 that specifically relate to a change of Non Half Hourly Meter Operator Agent (NHHMOA), these being sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.4. The new footnote will be additional to footnote 30 (which will remain unchanged) and will ensure that the enhanced requirement for sending MTD applies only to the scenarios identified by the Electricity Data Quality Working Group (DQWG).
