Summary
CP1476 proposes to amend BSCP128 Appendix 7 to allow LDSOs to submit incremental changes their Line Loss Factor data set.
This change will reduce the DTN charges for LDSOs, as data will not need to be resubmitted via a full D0265. This change will also reduce the effort required by Elexon to audit and validate the changes for mid-year submissions.

The Progression Paper for CP1476 was presented to ISG on 22 November 2016 and to SVG on 6 December 2016. The ISG and the SVG approved CP1476 at their meeting on 24 January 2017 and and 31 January 2017 respectively for implementation on 29 June 2017.
