CP1564 ‘Amendments to the approved IDD spreadsheets for P399’
Formal title: Amendments to the approved IDD spreadsheets for P399 to correct a defect impacting sub-flows 3 & 4 of the SAA-I014 Settlement Reports
CP1564 is a Housekeeping change seeking to update the the New Electricity Trading Arrangements (NETA) Interface Definition Documents Part 1 and 2 that were approved under P399 ‘Making the identity of Balancing Service providers visible in the Balancing Services Adjustment Data’ to correct a defect impacting sub-flows 3 & 4 of the SAA-I014 Settlement Reports.
Following the implementation of P399, Elexon identified an error in the P399 Interface Definition and Design (IDD) spreadsheets and presented revised versions of the IDD spreadsheets in which the error had been corrected to the Imbalance Settlement Group (ISG) for approval on 5 October 2021. These versions became effective on 4 November 2021, as part of the standard November 2021 Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) Release.
Elexon subsequently became aware that other changes had been introduced erroneously
into the IDD spreadsheets when the original error was corrected, these changes will be corrected as part of CP1564.
