Change Proposals

This change proposes to update the LFCO calculation reference to the term RfR (Reserve for Response) with a reference to Reserve and Response (RaR) for largest loss, which is what is currently reported by the Delivery Body in the Electricity Capacity Report (ECR).

CP383 seeks to amend the CM Rules by adding a requirement that additional information on storage technologies is included within Capacity Market Registers.

Existing Termination reasons (g) / (ga) concerning Transmission Connected CMU Grid Connection Agreement (GCA) and TEC require clarity. Both reasons do does not appear to clarify that the ‘other CMUs’ would need to have an effective Capacity Agreement or transferred part (PTCO-in).

CP382 seeks to standardise the information submitted by Independent Technical Experts (ITEs) to the Delivery Body by requiring ITEs to use a specified report template within the CM Rules

This proposal provides an alternative for how SCEC is determined in CM rule 3.5.5.

This change proposal seeks to amend the CM Rules to remove the 50MW connection capacity limit on CMUs being part of a CMU Portfolio; and Introduce a limit on each CMU within a CMU Portfolio to deliver a minimum proportion of the CMUs individual Capacity Obligation (to apply to all CMU Portfolios)

This change proposal seeks to change the definition of Capacity Market Confidential Information to refer specifically to price and bidding related information, so that it is clear other information may be shared where required to do by the CM Rules.

This Change Proposal seeks to allow a Capacity Provider to extend the deadline by when a Prospective CMU with a T-4 Agreement must demonstrate having incurred and paid 10% of Total Project Spend.
