On 7 July 2015, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its Provisional Findings and Notice of possible remedies for the energy market investigation. The CMA subsequently requested that Elexon provide additional information in relation to the costs associated with Half Hourly settlement for Metering Systems in Profile Classes 1-4.
