Who will this impact?

Ofgem issued an open letter concerning a further review of code governance in May 2015. Ofgem subsequently set out its initial proposals in October 2015. Ofgem’s proposals are aimed at ensuring the code governance arrangements are fit-for-purpose for a changing industry in light of the increasing pace, volume and complexity of change planned in the coming years.
