On 10 March 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published a summary of its Provisional Decision on Remedies arising from the energy market investigation. The full report was published on 17 March 2016, inviting comments. We have considered the CMA’s proposals and set out our views in relation to those areas that particularly impact Elexon and the BSC.
