Our response to the Energy Networks Association consultation on the EHV Distribution Charging Methodology (EDCM). Our response concentrates on one aspect: the number of Line Loss Factor Classes (LLFCs) needed to support distributor billing processes and potential solutions to the current restriction on the number of LLFCs.
