Draft BSCCo Business Plan 2012-13

The Business Plan is in two parts:
- A Business Strategy describing our priorities and major activities
- An Annual Budget setting out the associated costs

Credit Assessment Price Consultation – November 2011
This consultation seeks respondents’ views on decreasing the Credit Assessment Price (CAP) to £52/MWh.
CAP is used in the Credit Cover calculation and a change in the value of CAP can ultimately affect the amount of Credit Cover that a Party is required to lodge.

Risk Operating Plan 2012/13 – Industry Consultation
This consultation asks respondents to review the Risk Operating Plan (ROP) 2012/13, and to submit any comments to [email protected]. Responses to this consultation will be presented to the Performance Assurance Board (PAB) meeting on 24 November 2011.

This consultation document invites Market Participants to comment on a proposed change to the GSP Group Correction Scaling Weights. Responses to this consultation will be presented to the SVG.
Profiling and Settlement Review Group Cost Benefit Analysis PCs 1 to 4
We are seeking views on the proposal of mandating Half Hourly settlement for customers in Profile Classes 1-4 from a future date. The consultation also proposes that Non Half Hourly settlement will be discontinued at some point in the future. It will inform the cost benefit analysis work and help identify the benefits and barriers to our customers settling volumes of energy on a Half-Hourly basis as Smart (or Advanced) meters are installed for customers in Profile Classes 1-4.
