AFYC Recalculation

Previously it had been thought that the Annual Fraction of Yearly Consumption (AFYC) recalculation was being carried out incorrectly. It has since been established that the calculation is correct but there is an error in Volume 1 of the ISRA Technical Specification which is in conflict with Volume 4 where the process is described correctly. DCP0013 seeks to amend the Volume 1 description to bring it in line with Volume 4, in order to prevent further misinterpretation as a result of the inconsistency between Volume 1 and Volume 4.
