Movement of the functional requirements within PSL 180 ‘CVA Meter Operation’ into BSCP06.

The Code Subsidiary Document (CSD) review highlighted a large amount of duplication between the requirements in the Party Service Lines (PSLs) and the corresponding Balancing and Settlement Code Procedures (BSCPs).A single generic PSL has been created under CP1182 ‘Creation of a generic Party Service Line’ which will contain participants’ non-functional requirements. Following on from CP1182, DCP0026 seeks to move the functional requirements of PSL180 and include them in BSCP02 and BSCP20.
