Publication of Additional NHH Combination Data in Market Domain Data

SVG set up an MDD Expert Group in March 2008. This DCP is one of 4 changes recommended by the Group.

Market Domain Data (MDD) already contains a number of entities that define the valid combinations of data items for an SVA Metering System.  However, even when taken in combination these tables do not provide Suppliers with enough information to know whether the Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRS) will accept a particular combination of NHH Metering System data items. This DCP suggests that a new entity and flag are added to the MDD to resolve this issue. The DCP also sets out two options for implementing the change.
