IT notices: Planned downtime for Kinnect Customer Solution on 13 January 2022

There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 17:45 to 18:45 on Thursday 13 January 2022.

How will I be impacted?

This downtime is required for infrastructure maintenance.

During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution will not be available to all Participants.

Do I need to take any action?


You do not need to take any specific action and we will perform system checks following completion of the work.
