IT Notices: Planned downtime required for infrastructure maintenance

What is happening?

There will be a period of planned downtime on the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution from 18:30 to 19:00 (GMT) on Thursday 11 March 2021; this is required for infrastructure maintenance.

How will I be impact?

During the outage window, the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution will not be accessible.

Do I need to take any further action?

You do not need to take any specific action and we will perform system checks following completion of the work.
