IT Notices: Planned downtime required for the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution

What is happening?

There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 17:30 (GMT) to 20:30 (GMT) on Wednesday 24 March 2021.

How will I be impact?

During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution application will not be available.

Elexon will issue an updated circular once the planned downtime has completed.
