What is happening?

There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 17:30 (BST) to 19:00 (BST) on Thursday 29 July 2021.

How will I be impacted?

During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution will not be available to all Participants.
