We have a provisional planned downtime affecting BSC Central Systems for the week commencing 12 November 2018. The date and time has yet to be confirmed.
How will I be affected?
The impact on customers will be that the BSC Central Systems will be unavailable during this time.
When will this be confirmed?
Specific information will be published in a circular at least a week before the planned downtime takes place.
What are the BSC Central Services?
There are various IT systems used in the Imbalance Settlement process. Collectively the systems in the shaded blue area are known as the ‘BSC Central Services’.
