IT Notices: Planned downtime for Customer Solution 24 January
There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 17:45 (GMT) to 18:45 (GMT) on 24 January 2022; this is required for infrastructure maintenance.
How will I be impacted?
During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution will not be available to all Participants.
Do I need to take any action?
You do not need to take any specific action and we will perform system checks following completion of the work.
