IT Notices: Planned downtime required for the Kinnect Customer Solution
What is happening?
There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 17:45 (BST) to 18:45 (BST) on Thursday 8 April 2021.
How will I be impacted?
During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution application will not be available.
Elexon will issue an updated circular once the planned downtime has completed.
