What is happening?

We have been notified by National Grid Electricity System Operator (NGESO) that there will be a planned outage affecting Non-BM STOR dispatch. During this time the current Non-BM STOR dispatch platform will be migrated to the new Ancillary Services Dispatch Platform (ASDP).

The planned outage will be between 00:01 (BST) and 06:30 (BST) on the 2 October 2019

All Non-BM STOR electronic dispatch will be unavailable to NGESO during this time.

How will I be affected?

During the outage, NGESO will not send Non-BM STOR and BSAD data to the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS); as a result the Non-BM STOR and BSAD will not be updated via the BMRS website, API, Data Push Service and TIBCO.

Electronic Data Transfer (EDT), Electronic Data Logging (EDL) and Market Operation Data Interface System (MODIS) communications will not be affected. All the other data on BMRS will not be impacted by this outage.
