Glossary Term: BSC Season
Refers to which Season the BSC is currently operating in. They are broken down into: BSC Spring, BSC Summer, BSC Autumn and BSC Winter.
BSC defined definition
Shall be as follows:
- (i) BSC Spring shall be 1 March to 31 May inclusive
- (ii) BSC Summer shall be 1 June to 31 August inclusive
- (iii) BSC Autumn shall be 1 September to 30 November inclusive
- (iv) BSC Winter shall be 1 December to 28 (or 29, as the case may be) February inclusive
provided that the first relevant BSC Season shall be the period from the Go-live Date to the end of the next following BSC Season; (b) a year means any period of 12 months; has the meaning given to that term in Section K3.4.9.
