(i) the computer systems and the processes used by each of the BSC Agents and required in connection with the services provided by the BSC Agents as described in Section E; and (ii) so far as used in Settlement, any other computer systems and processes operated or procured by BSCCo; or where the context requires, all such systems and processes collectively;
