Glossary Term: Expulsion Date
Where the Panel decides (and is entitled in accordance with this paragraph 5.2) to expel a Party, such expulsion shall take effect (and the Party shall cease to be a Party to the Framework Agreement) at the time and on the date specified by the Panel in a notice; has the meaning given to that term in Section A5.2.4;
