The Master Registration Agreement (MRA) was closed down in 2021. Some obligations in respect of Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRA) were transferred to the BSC as part of the Switching Significant Code Review (SCR). Part of that transfer was the liquidated damages regime that existed under the MRA into BSC Section K and BSCP501. Under the MRA, BSCCo (Elexon) was a Party.

BSC defined definition

means the person appointed to act as ‘BSC Agent’ in relation to the MRA as referred to in Annex K-1;
