The notification time required for a BM Unit to start importing or exporting energy.

Notice to Deviate from Zero output or input, being the notification time required for a BM Unit to start importing or exporting energy, from a zero Physical Notification level as a result of a Bid-Offer Acceptance, expressed in minutes.

Also set of data supplied by the System Operator for publication on the BMRS, comprising for each BM Unit the effective time and the notice required to deviate from zero.
