Glossary Term: Relevant Contract Parties

Relevant Contract Parties is a term used in the BSC to refer to the “two contract trading parties” typically Generators and Suppliers. These parties enter into contracts to buy and sell electricity. The contracts specify the amount of electricity to be delivered, the price, and the delivery period.

Two Contract Trading Parties by whom the two Energy Contract Volume Notification Agents are to be appointed or (as the case may be) on whose behalf Energy Contract Volumes are notified; has the meaning given to that term in Section P1.3.5;
