Issue 69: Peer Comparison Workgroup

There will an Issue 69 Workshop to review the Peer Comparison technique on the 14 November 2019. Peer Comparison is designed to encourage performance improvement and compliance. Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) Serial data is used to show comparative performance across Suppliers and Supplier Agents.
